Excellent bistro with amazing food and professional friendly staff. We called after 8 on a Sunday night and they accommodated our group of 8. The martini list was mouth watering and so were the martinis. I got Le French and it was great! The entree that stole the show was the shrimp & grits. It was the best I think I've ever had. I also had a salad and it was fresh and delicious! This was the best place we ate during our vacation! Thank you sooo much for accommodating us!!
Our waitor, Chris, was excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our salmon and scallop dinners were delicious. We ordered a whiskey sour and mojito martini, they were amazing as well. Our new favorite restaurant in EI. We will definitely be back.
The staff, bottom to top, were so accommodating and made our 7-year-old dinner companion feel so special. Martinis (we tried 3 different) were awesome and the food was delicious. 7-year-old that can be extremely picky loved the grouper bites app and was very happy with the buttered noodles and bread. This is exactly what I was expecting out of this place. Very happy!
We had a great time from the moment we walked in the door , until we left. I have a new food restriction due to a health issue, and the waitress talked with the chef and they were very accommodating. They had suggestions about foods to eat, and were so willing to make adjustments. Martini selection extensive, food great, service phenomenal. Highly recommend
We had a wonderful experience. My husband and I were in town celebrating our wedding anniversary and one of the locals suggested we give Kathryn's a try. I'm so glad we did! From the time we entered the establishment until we left we had a phenomenal time. The service was superb. Our food was scrumptious and plentiful. My husband loved his martinis. The prices are reasonable priced! The staff wore masks and physical distancing was practiced. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving them a try.
I went on a date here a few weeks ago and was at first placed at a not-so-preferable table by a large group. One of the people there, I think one of the managers, spotted it and went out of her way to place us in a more reserved area without being asked. I hate that we never got her name because she saved our date completely! As for our server, Matt: he was extremely nice, extremely accommodating, and helped answer all of the questions we had about the menu. His service also made our night, he was a super cool guy. The food was also INCREDIBLE, as if the service didn’t make the experience good enough. We got the escargot, lobster tail, and one of the in-store fish, and that was one of the best food experiences I’ve ever had. The martinis were got were some of the most well mixed martinis we’ve had as well. All in all, I highly recommend this place for any occasion you may have, whether it be a date, a get-together, or whatever occasion you may have.
Service was excellent, ambiance was great! Really enjoyed the cocktails and bread. Our group all ordered different things and enjoyed everything. My one critique would be the cleanliness of the vent/ceiling in the men’s room. Live flowers were a nice touch!
Got an early dinner for 6 at 5:30 on a Friday night. Each person in our party got different seafood or non-seafood meals and we all loved them. Kids loved their meals too! Waitress was super friendly and attentive. Martinis were great too. Would love to come back next time we visit the area.
